As a Scrap Metal Shredder Operator, you're at the heart of our operation, ensuring our shredder runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day kicks off with a quick safety check, then it's all systems go. You're feeding materials into the mill, keeping a keen eye on performance indicators, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. With your attention to detail and dedication to quality, you're not just operating machinery – you're helping us revolutionize scrap metal recycling one shred at a time.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong visual and verbal skills
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform all of the necessary tasks of the position
• Ability to work as a team player with others across multiple functions
• Ability to follow all safety and cleaning measures that are implemented for this job
• The ability to work independently while demonstrating attention to detail and continuous awareness
